What You’ll Get:$30–$45/hr based on experience (OT eligible at 1.5x)Opportunity for $1.5/hr added after a successful 90 days in the positionCompany truck (brand-new F-150s being added to the fleet!), gas card, cell phone, and laptop providedTop-of-the-line Trimble equipment and cutting-edge technologyPaid travel expenses (when needed, very minimal)Home most nights+ minimal weekend workFull benefits: healthcare, PTO, 401(k)Career growth and professional development opportunitiesWhat You’ll Do:Lead field survey operations for construction layout, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveysPerform ALTA surveys upon permanent hireOperate as part of a two-person crew or independently as neededUse advanced Trimble equipment: GPS base/rover units, VRS networks, robotic total stations, digital levels, TSC7 data collectors, and TBC softwareCollaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of professional experience as a Survey Crew ChiefStrong background in construction layout surveys(required)Experience withcivil surveyprojects (not pipeline-only)Familiarity with topography, total stations, GPS, and boundary survey softwareAbility to pass a drug test, pre-employment check, and MVR check

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
