What You’ll Get: + $30–$45/hr based on experience (OT eligible at 1.5x) + Opportunity for $1.5/hr added after a successful 90 days in the position + Company truck (brand-new F-150s being added to the fleet!), gas card, cell phone, and laptop provided + Top-of-the-line Trimble equipment and cutting-edge technology + Paid travel expenses (when needed, very minimal) + Home most nights+ minimal weekend work + Full benefits: healthcare, PTO, 401(k) + Career growth and professional development opportunities What You’ll Do: + Lead field survey operations for construction layout, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys + Perform ALTA surveys upon permanent hire + Operate as part of a two-person crew or independently as needed + Use advanced Trimble equipment: GPS base/rover units, VRS networks, robotic total stations, digital levels, TSC7 data collectors, and TBC software + Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency What We’re Looking For: + 2+ years of professional experience as a Survey Crew Chief + Strong grounding in construction layout surveys(required) + Experience with civil survey projects (not pipeline-only) + Familiarity with topography, total stations, GPS, and boundary survey software + Ability to pass a drug test, pre-employment check, and MVR check This is your chance to join a company that’s growing fast and investing in its people and technology.
