Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on residential and commercial survey projects, primarily focusing on design in New Jersey.
ResponsibilitiesPerform title surveys to determine property lines and boundaries.Conduct route surveys for infrastructure and transportation projects.Assist in construction layout, ensuring accurate placement of structures.Create and update tax maps reflecting current property assessments.Establish and verify property boundaries for land development projects.Essential SkillsProficiency in Civil 3D software.Experience with land surveying techniques and tools.Competency in Carlson Survey software.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior construction layout or field experience is preferred.Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kinnelon, New Jersey.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
