Job Description
In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of surveyors and engineers on designs that include grading, utility, roadway, and drainage design.
ResponsibilitiesWork in the field learning and utilizing fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of surveying to make precise survey measurements of potentially large tracts of land.Operate and carry surveying instruments to, from, and in the field.Establish and maintain friendly, business-like relations with those contacted in the course of work.Utilize sound judgment, independent decision-making, and prolonged focus to complete surveying tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in Autocad, Topography, and Civil 3D.Knowledge of surveying and engineering practices.Experience with TBC, CAD, and land surveying.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work independently and make decisions.Capability to learn and apply surveying concepts and practices.Sound judgment and prolonged focus.Work Environment
Join a survey team of 26 people with plans for expansion. Enjoy flexible hours with the possibility of remote work up to three days a week. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with a flexible start time between 7-9 am. Full in-house work is required for PLS candidates. The company promotes from within and offers a performance-based bonus plan and flexible hours to accommodate your needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $43.00/hr.
