Job Description
Install, wire, and mount surveillance cameras and related devices on trailers, poles, or customer facilitiesConfigure video surveillance systems including camera settings, network setup, and cloud-based management platformsHandle and operate power tools and safety equipment during installationsConduct on-site testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performanceMaintain detailed installation records and documentationTrain clients on system functionality and basic troubleshootingManage time efficiently across multiple job sites and customer deadlinesCollaborate with internal support and engineering teams for complex deployments

Work Experience
Proven experience with video surveillance systems (installation, configuration, maintenance)Strong power tool handling and safety knowledgeTime management skills with the ability to work independently in the fieldFamiliarity with IP cameras, NVRs, switches, and wireless networkingAbility to interpret wiring diagrams, site layouts, and technical documentationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travelComfortable working outdoors and at heights if needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with solar-powered or mobile surveillance systemsBasic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, PoE, routers/switchesBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
