Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Surveillance Officer to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Surveillance Officer, you will be responsible for conducting facility-wide surveillance camera operations to assist in the protection and safety of the property for guests and team members. What will you do?Monitor all areas of the property, including gaming and cage activity, food and beverage activity, and security of the facilityObserve and report procedural violations and illegal activityProvide written reports and log entries on any observed violations and illegal activity in a timely mannerEnsure that all cameras and computer systems are operational at all times and that all state racing and gaming regulations and policies are followedComply with confidentiality regulations regarding all surveillance information including camera coverage, investigations, and proprietary material

More about youMinimum of 1 year experience in casino suveillance as an agent or operator in the monitor room; prior casino gaming, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience preferredUnderstanding of all table games and ability to utilize multiple programs to research and investigate table games, slot system, F&B transaction data, license plate recognition, guest ID, and surveillance system analytics.Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensesComputer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity, and record keepingNo high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirementsAbility to listen and speak to communicate via two-way radio system
Ability to sit for long periods of time
