Job Description:

We are seeking Surveillance Implementation Engineers to support the deployment and implementation of radar and surveillance systems for mission-critical facilities with 24/7 operational requirements. Openings are available at the Mid, Senior, and Lead levels.

Candidates with FAA experience, particularly in NAS deployment processes and current FAA surveillance/radar systems, are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities (all levels):

Support planning, deployment, and implementation of surveillance and/or radar equipment and supporting infrastructure.Ensure deployments align with operational, safety, and performance requirements for mission-critical environments.Collaborate with engineering, program management, and customer stakeholders to coordinate schedules and technical activities.Prepare documentation and reports to support deployment and operational readiness.

Mid-Level:

· Responsibilities:

Assist with site-level deployment activities, including installation, integration, and testing.Track deployment schedules and resolve routine technical issues under senior guidance.Contribute to readiness reviews and documentation.

· Qualifications:

7+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent)Experience supporting deployment of complex systems or infrastructure.Preferred: Exposure to FAA environments or mission-critical facility operations.

Senior-Level :

· Responsibilities:

Lead planning and coordination of deployment activities across multiple sites.Oversee integration and validation of surveillance/radar systems in operational environments.Manage technical interfaces and ensure deployments meet operational requirements.Provide risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

· Qualifications:

10+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).Strong background in systems deployment and implementation for complex systems.Preferred: Experience with FAA NAS deployment processes and FAA surveillance/radar systems.

Lead-Level :

· Responsibilities:

Direct large-scale implementation efforts for FAA surveillance and radar systems.Define strategies, schedules, and processes to support nationwide deployment activities.Serve as primary liaison with FAA stakeholders on deployment and implementation matters.Mentor mid- and senior-level engineers in deployment best practices.

· Qualifications:

15+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).Demonstrated leadership in planning and executing major system implementations in mission-critical environments.Preferred: Extensive FAA experience, including knowledge of NAS deployment procedures and current FAA surveillance/radar systems.

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
