2-Year Commitment:

$10,000 for 0–1 year of experience
$12,000 for 1–2 years of experience
$15,000 for 2+ years of experience
3-Year Commitment:

$25,000 for 2+ years of experience
️ Job Responsibilities:
As a Surgical Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety:

Prepare the operating room with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies
Assist surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and maintaining a sterile field
Help with patient prep, positioning, and transport
Manage surgical specimens and assist with dressings
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to aseptic techniques
Support the surgical team with gowning and gloving procedures
