Job Summary
The Aide provides support to clinical and non-clinical teams by performing a variety of tasks to facilitate efficient and effective operations. Responsibilities may include assisting with patient care activities within the scope of training, maintaining a clean and organized environment, managing supplies and equipment, and supporting departmental workflow. This role ensures adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards while contributing to a positive experience for patients and staff.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, customer service, or support role preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic understanding of safety, cleanliness, and infection control practices. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and visitors. Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, moving, or transporting supplies, equipment, or patients as required. Flexibility to adapt to the specific needs and workflows of the assigned department or area.Licenses and Certifications
BCLS - Basic Life Support required NA - Nurses Aide Training preferred
