$30,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Qualified Individuals

Baptist Health Lexington Surgical Services Department encompasses several key areas: the Pre-Op Department, 20 operating rooms with a business office staff responsible for scheduling, a Postoperative Care Unit, an Endoscopy Department with dedicated pre- and post-op areas, and a Sterile Processing Department.

Description for Surgical Tech:

Demonstrates knowledge of operative procedures.Demonstrates knowledge of and utilizes principles of aseptic technique including but not limited to gowning, gloving sterilization, and disinfection.Actively participates in unit activities.Ensures positive customer relations interactions.On call weekends, weeknights, and holidays by rotation.

Requirements for Surgical Tech:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.Completion of a Surgical Technology program.BCLS by the end of orientation.
