This department supports a wide range of surgical specialties in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient setting. As a **Surgical Technologist** , you'll work under the guidance of the Unit Manager, RN Clinical Operations Coordinator, and RN Service Leads to assist surgeons and physicians during procedures. You'll be an essential part of a dedicated surgical team, helping ensure safe, effective, and timely care. **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain aseptic technique and uphold all sterile field protocols + Anticipate the needs of surgeons and assist during minimally invasive and outpatient procedures + Possess detailed knowledge of surgical instrumentation, anatomy, and procedural steps + Support outpatient surgeries across multiple specialties + Participate in quality improvement, training, and safety initiatives + Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a team-first attitude in all interactions **Career Ladder & Qualifications** This role is part of a **career ladder** .
