Compensation: $30–$40/hour

SAGE Concord WebsiteAbout the RoleAs a Surgery RVT, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality surgical care to our patients. You'll work alongside board-certified surgeons and highly skilled veterinary professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Preoperative Care: Prepare surgical suites assist with patient preparation.Anesthesia: Administer, monitor, and adjust anesthesia during procedures, ensuring patient safety.Surgical Assistance: Assist surgeons by providing instruments, maintaining aseptic technique, and anticipating needs.Postoperative Care: Monitor patient recovery, administer medications, maintain accurate medical records.Radiography: Capture and process diagnostic X-rays as needed for surgical procedures.Equipment Maintenance: Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical equipment and instruments.Client Communication: Provide clear, compassionate guidance on postoperative care and home recovery instructions.Emergency Response: Assist with emergency surgical procedures when needed.Any other duties as assigned.Who You AreWe’re seeking a dedicated, reliable, and team-oriented RVT who thrives in a surgical setting.
