CaroMont Surgical Associates is recruiting a highly qualified individual to join four general surgeons and four critical care / trauma surgeons in an established and busy practice. Surgeons are supported by twelve Advanced Practice Providers. Call will be a ratio of 75 / 25% of General to Critical Care Surgery. There is also the opportunity to incorporate an elective surgical practice. Qualified candidates must be board certified or board eligible in surgical critical care with a desire to make significant contributions to a dynamic program. Individuals completing a surgical critical care fellowship are encouraged to apply. CaroMont Regional Medical Center, an independent, not-for-profit healthcare system, has a 476-bed main campus with a dedicated Level III Trauma Center located in Gastonia, NC, along with a brand-new state-of-the-art satellite facility in Belmont, NC.
