We’re looking for a Surgical Coordinator to play a vital role in transforming patients’ lives by coordinating retina surgeries across multiple surgical centers. You’ll be the heartbeat of our surgical operations—connecting patients, surgeons, and providers to ensure seamless, stress-free experiences.

What You’ll Do:Be the central hub for all surgical scheduling and coordination across multiple centers.Guide patients through their surgical journey—from pre-op prep to post-op care—with empathy and clarity.Secure prior authorizations and verify insurance coverage like a pro.Collecting labs, clearances, and documentation.Keep surgical logs and EMR records accurate and up to date.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional care.Manage surgical supplies and coordinate with vendors to keep everything on track.

What You Bring:A passion for patient care and a knack for organization.1+ year of experience in a medical or optometry office (retina experience is a plus!)Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.Comfort juggling multiple providers and locations.High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
