The role youll contribute:

The Supervisor is responsible for duties specific to the assigned department that supports the functions of the Revenue Cycle for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. Assist in meeting departmental goals in accordance to the hospital strategic plan.Communicates progress to leadership. The Supervisor will foster a patient-focused environment in the department; maintaining acceptable standards of service and providing assistance in creating a vision for the area which reflects the vision and values of AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.

Responsible for supervision of one of the following teams based on assignment: Customer Service team, Government A/R team, Non-Government A/R team, Billing/Posting team

Ensures standards are met on team

Maintains time and attendance for team and ensures adequate staffing is available.
