Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daylight hours No weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts required!

 
What You’ll Do:
This role is essential to the coordination and success of inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures.

Coordinate and schedule surgeries Maintain clear and timely communication with surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital departments Obtain pre-certifications and ensure insurance information is accurate and up to date Track surgical utilization via internal tracking systems Collaborate on special projects as assigned Act as a trusted liaison between physicians, clinical, and administrative teams
