Location: Winter Haven Hospital  Status: Full-time, hourlyShift: 9:00am - 5:30pmOccasional weekendsOn Call: noAlways in person

The Surgery Resource Coordinator (RN) is a non-clinical position responsible for:

Issuing purchase ordersMaintaining/updating software tracking systems and/or accurate documentation of implants, as applicable,Providing monthly tracking reports and analysis, Obtaining pricing/Lawson number/CDMs as needed, Working in coordination with Materials Management (MM) and Revenue Management System (RMS) as necessary. Working in coordination with surgery charge auditors to ensure charging process

 

Requirements:

RN (Registered Nurse) LicenseRequired: Associates Degree in Nursing 2 years of Surgical Services experience is requiredA background working in the Operating Room is preferredA background working in procurement, billing, or inventory management system is preferred
