These roles are vital to helping us deliver quality outcomes safely, on time, and with pride in what we build together.

To thrive in these roles, we’re looking for individuals with some or all of the following:

Experience in sealing or pavement surfacing operationsStrong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standardsAbility to work well in a team and adapt in a dynamic work environmentClass 2–4 licenses and WTR endorsements (for operational roles)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive approach to safety and Zero Harm cultureLeadership experience (for supervisor and manager-level roles)
