Surface Grinder Operator

 

Location: Concord Twp., Ohio (Conveniently located near Auburn Rd. and Route 44 / Interstate 90 intersection)

Hours: Mon- Friday 7:00am- 3:300pm, some overtime and weekends required

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

What you’ll do

Operate Grinding machinery: Use grinding machines to shape metal materials according to exact specifications. Apply a keen eye for precision: Inspect parts using optical comparators to ensure top-notch accuracy. Be Part of a Quality-Driven Team: Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance.

 

Who we’re looking for

Mechanical mindset – you understand how things work and enjoy figuring them out Comfortable using tools and working on a variety of sizes of tools, including small, high-precision parts Steady hands and good manual dexterity Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks Production shop experience is a plus — but not required Mathematically inclined Willing to learn – we provide on-the-job training
