\nAs a Nursing Supervisor, oversee nursing staff and unit-based personnel in our clinic. Create a safe, caring environment for patients, families, and staff. Foster professional nursing practices, shared decision-making, and teamwork for positive outcomes. Assist the Nursing Manager with daily operations, policies, budgets, and quality improvement efforts. Develop educational programs for organizational goals.

Qualifications
Associate Degree(2) Two years of relevant work experience in a health care or hospital setting is required.You must be a certified (RN) Registered Nurse.You need a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within (30) thirty days of starting the job.
