Supportive Housing Specialist
### Job Duties You will assist eligible clients with obtaining and maintaining adequate housing by providing supportive services. You will identify client needs and services to meet those needs. You will: Manage services related to accessing and obtaining housing. Orient clients to housing programs and referral options, support services, and housing options. Serve as a liaison between landlord, tenant, service providers and the community related to housing needs. Complete and submit required reports. Assist with grant writing and grant proposal submission. Provide individualized supportive housing services for clients. Communicate courteously and professionally and maintain working relationships with others in carrying out job functions.
