Development of Tenant Individual Support Plans. Tenant linkage to Community Service Providers. Observation, documentation and reporting of tenant status. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field preferred. Valid NYS Drivers License. Hours: Full-Time. Salary Range: $38,555 - $42,764, annually.
