Supported Living Service Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (with a minimum of one day per week providing direct support)
Driving Licence: Full UK licence required
Are you an experienced leader in adult social care with a passion for supporting people with complex needs? We're working with a respected care provider to recruit a Supported Living Service Manager for an intensive support setting in Birmingham. Your Role:Lead, support, and develop a team of committed Support WorkersEnsure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently deliveredPromote independence, dignity, and choice for the people you supportWork collaboratively with the Registered Area Manager to maintain smooth service operationsProvide direct, hands-on support at least one day per weekMaintain accurate records and use digital systems effectivelyChampion best practices and uphold safety, wellbeing, and satisfaction for all individuals in your careWhat We're Looking For:Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilitiesStrong understanding of Autism and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to complete within 18 months)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skillsFlexible and proactive approach to working hours, including participation in a rotaIf you're a confident, compassionate leader ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
