Supported Living Service Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (minimum 1 day per week providing direct support)
Full UK Driving Licence Required

We're partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit a Supported Living Service Manager for an intensive support setting in Birmingham. What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and supervising a dedicated team of Support WorkersEnsuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently deliveredPromoting independence, dignity, and choice for the people you supportActing as a role model and champion of best practicesCollaborating closely with the Registered Area Manager to ensure smooth service deliveryProviding hands-on support at least one day per weekMaintaining accurate records and using IT systems effectivelyEnsuring the safety, wellbeing, and satisfaction of all individuals in your careWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilitiesStrong understanding of Autism and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plansLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to complete within 18 months)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skillsFlexible approach to working hours, including participation in a rotaIf you're a confident, compassionate leader ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
