Job ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate and personalised support to clients in their daily activities.Support clients in accessing community resources and activities.Maintain accurate records of client progress and support plans.Promote independence and empower clients to make choices.Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a support worker role or similar position.NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health and safety regulations.Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and client needs.Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
