\nAs a part-time Support Training Specialist at Magic, you'll provide crucial backup support to our full-time training team by stepping in to facilitate training sessions when primary trainers are unavailable. This role ensures continuity in our Executive Assistant training programs and helps maintain the high-quality training standards that Magic is known for.
The impact you’ll make...\nTraining Session Coverage\nStep in to facilitate trainer-led, classroom-type, daily virtual training sessions when full-time trainers are unavailable\nDeliver consistent, high-quality training experiences based on established curriculum\nConduct and facilitate assessments that effectively test learned skills during programs\nProvide objective and constructive feedback to trainees regarding their performance\n\n
\nAdministrative Support\nHandle general inquiries and concerns from trainees during training sessions\nEnsure that attendance documentation is maintained during sessions you facilitate\nKeep training documentation accurate and up-to-date for sessions under your care\nCoordinate with the Assistant Training Manager regarding schedule coverage needs\n\n
\nQuality Assurance\nMaintain Magic's training standards and deliver content according to established guidelines\nAddress and resolve trainee concerns promptly during training hours\nProvide insights and feedback to improve the training structure based on session observations\nSupport onboarding to Operations for trainees who complete programs when needed\n\n
\nFlexible Coverage\nRemain available on short notice to cover training sessions when needed\nAdapt quickly to different training modules and programs as required\nCommunicate availability and scheduling constraints clearly with management\nMaintain preparedness to deliver various training topics within the curriculum\n\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum 1 year of experience in training within a virtual setup with proven success\nMinimum 1 year of recent experience as a VA/EA working with US clients\nMust be comfortable working from Monday - Friday at 9:00 pm - 6:00 am PHT\nProficiency with Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for training delivery and coordination\nExceptional presentation skills and knowledge of Google Slides, Canva, and related software\nStrong communication skills with the ability to provide context and consider audience impact\nSolid understanding of different training/learning styles and strategies\nExperience in problem-solving and conflict resolution\nHighly organized with superior attention to detail\n
