Summary: Support Staff provide administrative and analytical assistance to ensure efficient execution of project tasks and deliverables. *This role is based in Falls Church, VA with possible telework. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Assist with data cataloging and documentation Support reporting and stakeholder coordination Provide logistical support for pilots and training Handle administrative tasks for transitions Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field Secret clearance. Entry to Junior (1-3 years, 1+ in DoD/healthcare) 1+ years in administrative or analytical roles Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with DHA systems or data projects Proficiency in MS Office and project tools Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $28.85 to $45.68 hourly.
