Join our Talent Pool for Future Support Specialist Opportunities at CLEAResult!


We’re building a pipeline of skilled customer service reps interested in future Support Specialist roles with CLEAResult. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting conversations, helping people navigate different energy efficiency programs, and recommending products or services to customers.
 

To be considered, you must be located in Saskatchewan.

 

Future responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls from program participants, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and helpful information.

Working with marginalized populations.

Data entry, verification, and report generation.

Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including hold times and after-call work completion.

Other duties as required.

 

Exciting candidates will have…

2-4 years of experience and interest in a customer-facing role.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn how to use unfamiliar software relatively quickly.

A strong desire to be a part of the solution to climate change.

The ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues, and external contacts.

Oral fluency in French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, Punjabi, or Tagalog is a strong asset.
