Job Description

The support specialist plays a critical role in our Global Training & Personnel Development department, responding to service requests from our global team. The support role involves understanding business problems and opportunities while applying technical skills in the support of our learning and performance management system, Cornerstone Saba. The ideal candidate would be able to learn how to visualize our entire system, see how the pieces interact, understand how the data flows, and root cause system issues.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for employee questions about training courses, performance reviews, goal setting and skill proficiencies, using the ServiceNow platform.Support the configuration, deployment and maintenance of the Global Professional Development Center (PDC), using the Cornerstone Saba Learning, Performance and Skills platform.Collaborate with global and regional training and personnel development teams to implement learning and performance initiatives.Collaborate with instructional design teams to test and validate SCORM packages, ensuring compatibility and functionality within the Cornerstone platform.Generate and analyze reports to track learning metrics, performance trends and compliance.Stay current with learning, performance and skills module updates, patches and best practices.

This position is full-time on-site (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Interest in the logistics industry or learning management systems is a plusExperience supporting Cornerstone Saba cloud platformFamiliar with SCORM, AISS and xAPI standards and troubleshootingExperience using the ServiceNow platform

Additional Information

Expected base pay:  $30-35 per hour
