ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Solutions Specialist, your objective will be to deliver all that is great about Berkley One and to help our agents place and maintain business with us. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting a successful customer solutions team that delivers world class service across multiple channels and are energized about helping others drive market growth within an organization. You'll report to the Customer Experience Team Leader and support distribution management activities throughout the producer lifecycle for all three segments of our business.

Support new agency onboarding:Create and distribute new Agency Contracts to all new agencies via e-signature and advise the Distribution team of progress and completionEnsuring the Enrollment Packet is delivered to all new agency partners and required information is received back and accurately entered into SalesforceFollow workflow for entering all new staff of an existing agencies into SalesforceFollow process to ensure the accurate and current agency/producer licensing is compliant in our SalesforceEnsuring we are compliant with state regulatory requirements throughout the appointment process in the Sircon platformTroubleshoot technical issuesResponsible for running monthly reports and distributing to agentsExecute activities and projects relative to mass agent communication. This could include but is not limited to: Delivery of the Schedule E via e-signatureCollecting RSVP’s on mass invitationsAssist with agency and customer eventsAssist Agency Experience Managers with processes that cross all producers and various functional areas within Berkley One including:Broker of Record or Change of Producer processAgency terminationOrganizing and understanding agency codesOther projects as assigned QualificationsWhat you need to have:
High school diploma requiredMinimum 2 years work experience in office setting performing clerical and data entry oriented tasks
You have a strong sense of accountability, fun and adventure
Natural curiosity- you love learning how things work and you are always looking for innovative improvements
You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasksStrong ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently to get the job done
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and other programs
Proficiency with the technology required
