LabCorp is seeking a Support Services Team Lead to join our team in Overland Park, KS. In this position, you will be responsible for performing job duties as laid out by management: serving as the main support for the supervisors in the department, covering routes and dispatch as needed, and being available on-call on weekends. Functions as a backup driver for all routes within a designated geographic area and/or work group for pickup and delivery service of test samples, supplies, and reports.
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm; alternating weekends for on-call dispatch support

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Utilize route-management software to schedule, coordinate, and dispatch specimen pickupsManage high-volume email/phone traffic to coordinate resources (employees, vendors, etc.)Responsible for specific areas to ensure best possible solutions for clientAchieve location productivity and expense targets while meeting customer expectationsEnsure a balance between customer response time, accuracy, and cost/productivity targetsFollow standard procedures for field requests for service and dispatching callsProblem solve and provide potential resolutions for any specimen-related issues in real timeUtilize multiple databases to process requests and inquiriesPerforms a variety of administrative/clerical duties as neededJob Requirements:
