Join our team as a Student Service Advisor and play a key role in supporting student re-enrollment and academic success. In this dynamic position, you'll provide personalized guidance to students facing academic, attendance, or personal challenges, helping them stay on track and reach their goals.
You'll also bring your broad technical knowledge of Student Services to the table, offering backup support across departments whenever needed. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a heart for student success and a knack for navigating complex systems, we’d love to meet you!
What We Offer:
Responsibilities Support outreach efforts to students scheduled to return to campus, including re-enrollment and re-enroll-to-show initiatives.Collaborate with campus teams to identify and resolve scheduling challenges, and advise students on available options.Monitor scheduling processes and flag issues such as unscheduled or rescheduling-needed students.Ensure all returning students are fully scheduled by established course start deadlines.Manage the Adobe Sign re-enrollment certification process across campuses as needed.Provide general support for student services tasks at both the division office and campus levels Qualifications
Education / Experience
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
2-3 years of experience in education field preferred but not requiredSkills
