Support Security Officer – Manchester

Location: Manchester (covering various sites)
Shifts: Days, nights, weekends (covering holidays & sick leave)

About the Role

We're looking for a Support Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with site policies and security procedures. You'll play a key role in maintaining safety, responding to incidents, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor and protect premises in line with Assignment Instructions (AIs)
✅ Ensure compliance with legal and security regulations
✅ Stay alert to risks, report hazards, and handle incidents professionally
✅ Use technology and undertake training for continuous development
✅ Maintain accurate records and follow emergency protocols

What You Need

✔ SIA License 
✔ Previous security experience
✔ SC Clearance (desirable)
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
