As our Learning & Development Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the coordination and delivery of Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs across our business. Working closely with site teams, training providers, and apprentices/trainees, you'll ensure a high-quality and compliant experience for all participants. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career in L&D, HR, or vocational education who is ready to step into a busy, hands-on role with impact.

Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for Apprenticeship and Traineeship programsLiaise with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Australian Apprenticeship Support Networks (AASNs), and internal stakeholders to manage enrolments, progress tracking, and complianceMaintain accurate training records, reporting, and documentationSupport program delivery across multiple sites and statesAct as a point of contact for apprentices/trainees, supervisors, and managers regarding program queriesContribute to continuous improvement of early careers pathways and support processesWhat you’ll bring:
