Responsibilities The Opportunity Transportation Control Tower is a key transformational initiative to deliver proven transportation capabilities enabling a better scheduling, execution, control & performance, and service & productivity for all transportation networks. It builds upon an existing foundational Transportation Control Tower Framework operating in PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF) and PepsiCo Brazil Foods (PBF), combining process, people, and technology, implementing a best of class control tower platform on the cloud integrated with our SAP, Transportation Management System (TMS) and Telematics Platform, resulting in a benchmark for other sectors. The Support Integration Analyst will be responsible for support and provide information to this deployment in 3 different regions: SoCo, Andinos and Caricam. Your Impact As Support Integration Analyst your responsibilities would consist: Accountable for stablishing and following the portfolio agenda, deliverables, supporting analysis, coordinating stakeholders and team members responsibilities & functions (within the project) from L07 up to LG partners.; Reporting status to follow projects timeline / progress to Sr. leaders. Supports projects through execution and facilitating. Provides support for project initiating to closing and ensures to incorporates lessons learned into the project processes, best practices, methodology and tools. Identifies and supports integration points within other projects / areas. Develop and update the detailed project plans aligned with the functional areas and key stakeholders. Ensure active risks / issues detection and mitigación trougth the different tasks and crossfunctional areas. Lead the periodical construccion of project status and ensure the correct communication for the several forums. Provides project management support through metrics & scorecards (monthly and weekly communication); Ensure constant follow up and status reporting to Sr leadership to provide critical projects visibility and escalation process as needed. Proactively shares information, best practices, and ideas with others throughout PepsiCo Encourages others to constantly look for better ways of doing things Stays current with trends in the external environment and applies that information within the context of his or her job Fosters an environment of innovation and personally champions breakthrough ideas and initiatives Plans ahead and articulates the organizational vision and resource requirements needed to deliver results for the future Values and leverages people with different perspectives and experiences Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering Experience Minimum 2 years of Supply Chian, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement functional experience Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point Software: Blue Yonder, SAP, One Network, Salesforce (preferred) Language: Spanish / English Direct experience with large scale change initiatives Effective written and verbal communication Project management and leadership skills Experience deploying IT Tools and solutions in operations (preferred) Strategic Thinking and Planning skills Skilled at collaborating across function, sector, and business boundaries effectively Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization High degree of influencing & collaboration Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities Expert decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization Both technical and business process expertise on Supply Chain systems Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment / limited time Communication and influencing skills Continuous improvement mindset If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
