Keep our lab and manufacturing equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and repairsSupport calibration and testing for optical systems and satellite hardwareExecute quality control inspections and clearly document resultsBuild, troubleshoot, and maintain optical test setupsEnforce cleanroom and ESD compliance with precisionPartner with engineering teams to identify and solve complex technical challengesTrack tools and supplies with meticulous inventory managementParticipate in training sessions and support process improvements🧠Your Toolbox Includes:
Associate degree in Optical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred)Experience in high-precision lab or manufacturing environmentsComfort working with interferometers, fiber optics, and power metersStrong hand tool and measurement equipment skillsDeep knowledge of ESD control and cleanroom protocolDetail-oriented with outstanding troubleshooting instincts💡 Bonus Points For:
CAD experience (NX UGS)PLM software know-how (Teamcenter)ESD or cleanroom certificationsLaser Safety Officer credentialsFamiliarity with satellite systemsPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.70/hr.
