Position Summary
Ideal candidate should have strong exposure to production support process, handling high priority tickets, and coming up with quick work around / solution for prod cases. Should have experience in handling Health care products which are complex compared to standard applications. Should be technically strong in the skills mentioned in the next section especially on database, running SQL queries / stored procedures, various reporting tools. Core Technology requirement is either .Net or Java based technologies.

+ Application / Product Support experience, preferably Health Care

+ SSIS
+ SSRS
+ Ticketing Tools : JIRA/Service Now
Roles And Responsibilities
+ Primary responsibility would be provide support for the products that customer has and ensure it’s up and running.
+ Diagnose and resolve any technical issues arising on the software, Infra in an efficient and timely manner.
+ Respond to, manage alerts, incidents and ensure work around / permanents solutions are provided with no or minimal downtime.
+ Monitor production systems /products /applications to identify potential problems and ensure high availability and performance.
+ Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to implement fixes and improvements
+ Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
+ Propose and implement process improvements to enhance production support.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
