Are you a problem solver with a strong technical mindset? Do you thrive on tackling complex customer requests and providing high-quality support? We are looking for a **Support Engineer** to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our global customer base.
**What you’ll do**
As a Support Engineer, you will:
+ Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support requests
+ Guide customers through troubleshooting processes, coordinating internal resources when needed
+ Provide prompt, effective, and accurate resolutions to technical issues
+ Troubleshoot system faults (remotely or on-site) down to component level and collaborate with Engineering teams for corrective actions
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
+ Participate in the 24/7 customer support rotation with your team
+ Prepare customer offers and proposals for spare parts, services, and training
+ Arrange shipment of spare parts and coordinate with other departments
**What you bring**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent field experience
+ 2–4 years of relevant industry experience
+ Technical background spanning mechanical, electrical, and control software systems
+ (Preferred) Experience with high-tech motion control systems and control system software/PLC
+ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
+ Ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and procedures
+ Strong customer orientation and ability to build trustful relationships
+ Resilience when handling unexpected situations, conflicts, or difficult stakeholders
+ A true team player who can also work independently and drive tasks to completion
+ Willingness to travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis
+ Valid driver’s license
