Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite from Wilmington)

We are looking for collaborative and innovative individuals to join our team and help manage a platform built on advanced technology that drives our customers’ success. As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting our in-house applications built on Java, Linux, SQL, and AWS technologies.

Some of the things you will you be doing:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to both internal users and external customers. Provide first-response support and manage enquiries related to our DomainSec Brand Protection product. Resolve technical issues when possible; otherwise, log and escalate to the appropriate specialist. Respond to all support enquiries in accordance with company standards and within the specified SLA. Offer hands-on support and take responsibility for Brand Protection systems and products used by customers. Track and record actions taken to resolve issues. Develop and implement documented processes to support the company’s product range. Maintain and update the product Knowledge Base. Monitor and manage outages to ensure maximum service availability. Produce technical reports for management as required. Work with the development team to identify problems and recommend feature enhancements for products. 

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent job experience. At least some of the following, and interest in learning the others: UNIX System administration Cloud Service administration Scripting or programming for automation Database administration or query writing Virtualization and containerization technologies 1-3 years previous experience of working in a systems administration or development environment. Good problem-solving skills Aptitude for learning new technologies Good collaboration skills with technology users and providers Good communication and documentation skills
