We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for our data analytics platforms, reporting systems, BI tools and applications. This role serves as an escalation point for challenging issues requiring deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills in data analysis and business intelligence solutions

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex data and technical issues
• Monitor and optimize BI platform performance
• Investigate and resolve sophisticated problems with data pipelines
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics and development teams to identify and implement solutions for product issues
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Provide guidance on best practices for report development
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical data support needs
• Conduct root cause analysis for significant data incidents
• Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues
• Contribute to the improvement of BI support processes and procedures
• Liaison between support data engineering, analytics and development teams to ensure effective communication
• Support data modeling and visualization standards
