Support Coordinator- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, office based, 1 day hybrid

located in Hemel, 35 to 40k based on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Support Coordinator. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Priority Software ERP system, providing first-line user support, coordinating system updates, and driving system optimisation across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of Priority Software and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for ERP users and troubleshoot technical issuesLiaise with IT and external Priority Software partners for issue resolutionMonitor ERP system performance and suggest improvementsDeliver user training and create easy-to-follow guides and documentationWork with internal departments to gather feedback and coordinate system enhancementsSupport software testing and manage reporting of test resultsCoordinate with ERP support companies on updates, customisations, and upgradesMaintain data accuracy and ensure system configurations meet company standardsSupport ongoing process improvements and system efficiencyCarry out other tasks as directed by the Operations Director

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Priority Software power userStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesOrganised, with good attention to detailExperience with project coordination is a plus
