Based out of our **BOISE, ID** location, you wil **l** play a vital role in delivering remote technical support for refrigeration monitoring solutions, including AutoSense and Logger products. This position coordinates case management, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of support issues. The Coordinator also manages documentation, supports key process owners, and assists in data reporting and system administration. **AS A SUPPORT CENTER TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL:** + Serve as a central resource for remote technical support for AutoSense, Logger V2, and refrigeration system tracking. + Monitor device health using Telit, Loggers V2, SendGrid, and deviceWISE. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate as needed to Engineering or Technical Services. + Log and manage cases in QuickBase. + Coordinate the RMA process, replacement orders, and follow-up communication. + Maintain thorough and accurate records for case histories, solutions provided, and follow-up steps. + Maintain ownership or contribute to Cargo support processes such as AutoSense Configuration and Serial Number Requests. + Support mass outage and 24-hour AutoSense support protocols. + Provide training for team members and customers on portals, email alerts, and Logger tools. + Assist with NFC portal onboarding and Logger V2 access setup. + Generate weekly/monthly Logger reports and audits; assist with reporting for Accounting, Operations, and Sales. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Software, Sales, and Customer Success to support customer issues. + Support documentation updates and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Required Education, Experience & Skills:** + Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field. + Strong technical problem-solving skills in remote monitoring technologies. + Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. + Strong documentation and case management practices. + Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role **Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:** + Proficiency in NetSuite, Jira, Telit, Logger V2, and deviceWISE a plus. + Knowledge of basic networking, SQL reporting, and monitoring tools is a plus. **Working Conditions:** + Working conditions are normal for an office or remote support environment. + Work may occasionally require extended hours or coordination across time zones. + Travel: 20% **Schedule** We offer a work-life balance to our employees, with general working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. **Why Work in Boise, ID** Our facility is located in the Treasure Valley.
