NewSouth Window Solutions is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to support our sales efforts by answering inbound calls, following up with web leads, and scheduling in-home sales consultations. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Answer a high-volume of incoming calls and respond to web leads quickly to schedule sales appointmentsConduct short phone surveys to qualify customers before appointmentsAccurately enter customer data and call notes in our CRM systemConfirm and update scheduled appointments as neededReview appointment schedules and lead assignments dailyTransfer non-sales calls to the appropriate departmentsMeet or exceed daily and weekly performance goalsWhat We Offer:
