Primary Position Purpose:

Track and research the movements of company trailers utilized by 3rd party carriers.  With the purpose of balancing our company trailer networks. By leveraging carrier relationships and maintaining accurate system data. Making data integrity the top priority by entering data in the system to reflect the research done.

Position Functions:

·       Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and tracing all trailer movements in brokerage. 

·       Multitasking by navigating through multiple systems. McCleod, XPM, AS400, Power BI 

·       Develop and maintain quality working relationships with carriers, transportation providers,        drivers, and carrier sales reps with proactive communication. 

·       Provide and obtain accurate data for each movement.  

·       Report issues and escalate if needed. 

·       Document all communications and information related to trailer status within Mcleod 

·       Work with internal teams to resolve issues for carrier partners 

·       Act as a representative of all contracted carriers
