**Supply Tech FBI/TTU (Top Secret Required)** **Category:** Administration **Main location:** United States, Virginia, Quantico **Position ID:** J0825-1269 **Employment Type:** Full Time **Position Description:** CGI Federal is seeking a Supply Tech to support FBI/ERF/TTU in Quantico, VA. The Supply Technician performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, property utilization) related to depot, local or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work may require consideration of program requirements, together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** Assignments require: - A strong working knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. - An understanding of the needs of the organization being serviced. - Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimensions of problems, collect necessary data, establish facts, and take or recommend action based on the application or interpretation of established guidelines. - Building, organizing, and maintaining travel kits. - Transporting travel kit equipment to and from specific locations. - General lab and storage organization, equipment tracking, and battery maintenance. - Downloading data from equipment and uploading it to data storage. - Basic hardware assembly and testing for program equipment/kits and/or special projects. - Preparing/managing equipment and paperwork, including shipping forms, various accountable property forms, property reports, and excess for disposal. - Assisting with yearly and biannual property audits. - Maintaining/tracking accountability of all program equipment and non-accountable items, including updating the accountable property system when items are moved, shipped, or excessed. - Processing incoming deliveries of equipment/supplies, including entering items into the accountable property system within the policy timeframe, providing COR receipts of receivables, and creating/maintaining files. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Must have 2-4 years of experience in supply, logistics, warehousing or related expertise. • Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. • Possession of a TOP SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Must be able to handle high volume fast paced environment; work under pressure and meet critical deadlines. • Valid Driver's License, ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • Microsoft Office Proficiency • Typing ability; 30 wpm minimum • Exceptional organization, planning, and follow through skills • Willingness to learn new skills Education Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent Hourly Rate: $38.79/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
