This position is a member of the WCE/MEA Planning leadership team and a key resource for Supply Planning and S&OP within the cluster. The WCE Supply Planning Team Leader manages a large team of Supply Planners, responsible for supporting the day to day running of operations in our large WCE Personal Care Facilities, through effective Mill Planning (Materials and Asset Scheduling), Tactical Planning and Deployment.
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Support and develop a highly engaged and high performing team in collaboration with local HR / EM HR / EM WCE AME Supply Planning leadership. Key processes - People capability building, Objectives, Succession planning, D&I and driving engagement.Manage the development and execution of EM inventory management strategies and tools required to achieve the agreed business objectives for both Inventory and service within supported EM mills.Own and support the WCE S&OE process, via Tactical Planning and Deployment team members, to ensure the short- term needs of business operations are delivered and optimised.Own the deployment of Finished Product from our WCE Personal Care Facilities into receiving markets.Lead an effective Mill Planning process within our facilities ensuring minimal material driven downtime, efficient asset scheduling whilst delivering to our Customer Service objectives.Drive supply chain collaboration with Cluster/region affiliates including service, availability, inventory.Provide support for statistically managed inventory process (SMI) and activities required to deliver annual year on year inventory reductions.Be an influential leader within Product Supply and functional resources toward driving best practice and standardized capacity planning processes.About Us
