TEAM: Replenishment team Warsaw

Reporting to: Manager of Replenishment and Delivery processor team Warsaw

Role:  Coordinate management of External warehouses, Subcontractors, Re-packers, Customers On site productions

Main tasks:

Management of Purchase orders to external and internal vendors based on SAP signalsManagement of Goods receipt and Quality inspection registration where applicableFollow that delivery dates are meet and keep stakeholders informed if any delayWork with vendors if any damaged good at arrivalManagement of Relabel and Repacking activitiesResolve invoice discrepanciesDrive SAP date management cultureLead and manage Inventory reconciliationManagement of Customer returns, Disposals, Blocked stockComplaint handling, carry out Root Cause Analysis and Corrective ActionsManagement of legal reporting need, external and internal.Management of KPI’s: OTIF, Inventory levels, Red Zone, SMOGDrive Process improvementsGuidance and support to team in solving operational issuesPeople management including approval of vacationsSetting goals and objectives for team including carry out Performance Developing ReviewInvolvement in dedicated projectsTraining of new employees

Requirements
