Location: Warsaw (hybrid)

As Supply Planning Operations Manager for externally and internally supplied materials in the chemical industry company will be responsible for leading end to end material planning activities to ensure consistent and timely availability of finished goods. The role supports logistic operations across internal warehouses and manufacturing, coordinating with tollers and third party suppliers. Position require close cooperation with procurement, production, EHS and quality to ensure compliance and safety with internal and external regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and lead integrated material planning strategies across internal and external supply materials Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, production, logistics and demand planning departments to ensure seamless materials availability Manage and improve planning processes to enhance visibility and efficiency in the supply chain Monitor materials flow, identify risks, constraints and implement mitigation plans to avoid disruptionLead and mentor a team of planners, providing directions, coaching and performance managementActive participation in cross-functional projects (e.g. implementation of new products, businesses, process optimization, network changes) in which the planning function plays a key role in ensuring the availability of materialsEnsure compliance with company policies and quality standards

The Individual

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistic or related field (Master’s preferred) 7 + years experience in supply chain planning, operations or procurement (with at least 3 years in leadership role)Strong knowledge of material planning systems (e.g., SAP, Logility, INFOR, SAP APO)Proven ability to manage complex supply networks with internal and external sourceExcellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
