Supply Planning Analyst
Meaningful Work From Day One Join our team as a Supply Planner in Brazil! In this role, manage, facilitate, and coordinate supply chain inventory planning, reporting, and analysis for our third-party warehouses. As a key member of the Sales & Operation Planning team, collaborate with Supply Chain, Production Operations, Marketing/Sales, Finance, and Customer Service management to support our supply chain management process. Manage supply chain inventory levels and replenishments, monitoring network inventory levels and requirements, and ensuring inventory meets our planning targets. This includes balancing inventory investment and customer service levels to maintain optimal performance. Communicate with demand planners and plant master schedulers to translate forecasts into supply requirements for all brands within Brown-Forman’s portfolio. Conduct ongoing reconciliations and audits to ensure inventory reporting aligns with Brown-Forman’s perpetual inventory balances. **What You Can Expect** + Evaluate demand plans vs. actual activity, plan inventory replenishments to network distribution centers and third-party warehouses that meet supply chain goals, and provide updated supply requirements to assigned production facilities and suppliers. + Maintain the inventory planning model, including SKU maintenance, parameter maintenance, and network maintenance. + Prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance and shipment. + Measure and report inventory actual balances vs. targets. Report corrective action taken to alleviate out-of-tolerance conditions. Manage the deployment of short-supply materials. + Reconcile reported field inventories to Brown-Forman perpetual inventories. Periodically audit field inventories to ensure the accuracy of field-reported inventories. + Audit warehousing invoices, allocating costs to various brands. + Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process for; **Reporting** aged and unsaleable inventory, obsolete and/or de-listed materials to reach consensus on disposition. **Planning** re-packs as required. **Planning** the deployment of short supply materials. **Re-defining** inventory planning parameters. **Resolving** other inventory exceptions and supply constraints. + Conduct Operational Analyses as requested by the Manager. **What You Bring to the Table** + Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 4 years planning or related business experience; or 4 - 6 years of combined education and experience. + Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written. + Demonstrated Systems Experience: Proven ability to work with Planning Software, Google Sheets or Excel in data management, advanced formulas, and integration with other tools. + Demonstrated ability to understand and apply standard analytical concepts and inventory planning methodology. + Basic understanding of inventory planning processes and how inventory planning supports the supply chain effort. + Problem-solving skills with a heavy emphasis placed on the ability to diagnose and solve problems. + Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates. + Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy within established timeframes. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to perform and adapt in a rapidly changing environment as necessary. + Ability and willingness to travel 5-10% of the time. + Demonstrated commitment and ability to work necessary overtime to ensure successful accomplishment of assigned tasks. **What Makes You Unique** + SAP experience + Requirements Planning Systems i.e. Kinaxis + Strong information technology aptitude + Diverse logistics background (Production Planning / Inventory Planning / Operations Management / Distribution Planning) **How to Apply** Please submit your resume in English.
