The Supply Planner has a pivotal role in the orchestration and optimization of our supply chain operations. Leveraging your seasoned experience in supply planning, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing and managing the supply planning process for assigned products, collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate demand forecasting, and monitoring key supply chain performance metrics. Identifying areas for improvement, you will implement process enhancements to elevate overall supply chain efficiency. As a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills, effective leadership qualities, and a continuous learning mindset, we expect you to play a central role in shaping the success of our supply chain operations. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless alignment with customer demand and contributing to heightened customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.
+ Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
+ Implement and monitor key supply chain performance metrics.
+ Meticulously manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials crucial to operations.
+ Key interface between demand planning, supply management, the factories, Strategic planning, and capabilities, and logistics/deployment.
+ Prepare Master Plan using JDA and any other planning tools.
+ Manages and supports projects that are within the brands, i.e. launchings, deco, codes transitions, capacity planning, and value improvement programs.
+ Run Strategy reviews with the factories.
+ Responsible for SKU/Item setups with the Master Data teams, Factories, and other related parties.
+ Developing the supply plan to support the business objectives of the brand/category group, while supporting the initiatives from the Strategic & Innovation teams.
+ Setting up new items/sku’s in supply systems to model shipments and production.
+ Control inventory while protecting customer service through coordination with stock replenishment and operations.
+ Main interface between Demand and the Manufacturing sites.
+ Establishing the means to plan and ensure smooth running of Supply Chain activities and manage contingencies.
+ Deliver required levels of customer service and are responsive to Market Changes and Brand Innovation.
+ Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to elevate overall supply chain efficiency.
+ Driving delivery performance and stock levels whilst reducing business waste, generating cost savings, satisfying customer service and quality requirements through the implementation of warehousing.
The person responsible for the supply chain coordinates and plans the company's strategies with a view to achieving maximum efficiency in stages such as the procurement of raw materials, storage and distribution of finished goods.
One of the most important skills is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate common goals and understand processes.

**Technical Skills:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
+ 4+ years of experience in supply planning.
+ Stock control, budgeting and supplier management.
+ Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow, improvement strategies and the ability to integrate those into the operation.
+ APICS CPIM, CPSM certification preferred.
+ Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft excel and planning programs.
+ Fluency English.
